Organise your own fun dog show!

Welcome to Run a Fun Dog Show, created by TV Vet, Joe Inglis and sponsored by Vet’s Kitchen and Your Dog Magazine, Britain’s best-selling monthly dog magazine.

Holding a local Fun Dog Show is a great opportunity for the local community to get together, show off their pets, have some fun and to raise money for a local good cause.

But it’s also great for all your dogs, big or small, pedigree or cross breed to take part, and, trust us, if properly organized they’ll have fun as well! Our first year was a huge success – with the help of our website, over 3,000 dogs enjoyed a quintessentially British fun day out with their owners and raised thousands of pounds for good causes and their local communities.

A successful and fun event is easy to set up with our help. And having been involved with all levels of dog shows, Joe Inglis and the team at Your Dog have put together an easy-to-follow check list to help you plan the perfect event.

This year, we’ve added some new features. Organisers can now create (free of charge) their own dedicated fun dog show webpage to post information AND you’ll be able to upload videos and photographs of the great event; PLUS dog owners and people who simply want a day in the country, can easily search for a local fun dog show by postcode or date PLUS everyone can get help with training by reading tips from Canine Behaviourist, Jez Rose and Your Dog’s editor, Sarah Wright.

Have a look at the tabs above for handy hints including ideas for the format as well as class suggestions. Then register your unique account for free by clicking the ‘Register Your Show’ button on the right. This will give you your free webpage and posters and listing on our site. Nearer the time, remember to come back and print off your FREE downloadable schedule, FREE entry forms and FREE winners’ certificates kit.
